Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of many online pieces as well as a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three children.
